FILE MANAGEMENT

Audio Requirements:

WAV file format only, 250mb max file size per track
16bit 44.1k, OR 24bit 44.1k,48k,96k,192k ONLY. We do not accept 32bit WAV files
Do not rename file extensions (eg: .mp3 to .wav) without converting the file properly
25 tracks maximum album size

Artwork requirements:

name on artwork MUST match the release name
file format must be .jpg/.jpeg/.png in RGB Colour (not CMYK)
file size must be no larger than 10Mb
image dimensions at least 3000 x 3000 pixels, and perfect square
art must not contain website addresses or social media links
do not upsize images as this will cause them to become blurry and may be rejected.

Songwriters & Credits

Please write down everyone involved in the song and their skillset contribution. We encourage over-crediting, especially engineers, mastering and mixing engineers, credits go a long way. (also note we will address splits separately, so credits in this section don't necessarily mean a percentage of the master when we talk about royalty payments)

TikTok Start Time

This refers to the start time of the track when its selected for content creation. If you're unsure, we can let the algorithum decide and not mandatory

Splits

We use Wise as our payment portal for all royalty payments and can be accessed from our distribution portal. Please provide the individuals name, percentage split and an email address. If you already have a Wise acount setup, please use the same email if possible.
